A few months ago my friend Lora and I sat down for a nice Indian buffet and basically asked ourselves how serious we were about our food businesses.  We have similar business goals, but focus on different areas.  I looooove extravagant desserts, meat, cheese, and make up for it at the gym.  Lora teaches healthy cooking.  Despite the different styles, we decided that we could help keep each other accountable to keep moving forward with our visions.

So we decided to team up to offer some cooking classes that allow our skills to overlap. Knife skills class will be followed by a series on whole birds – prepping, quartering, roasting, leftovers and making stock.
